Justen Tornabene
Co-Founder

A graduate from Christian Brothers Academy and current student at Johnson and Wales University, he is currently in the 2nd Brigade, Patriot Battalion in the U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Corps. He is in the Honors program and studies Liberal Arts and Project Management along with Military Science. He is an intern at Crossroads Career Network and his past work experience includes being the Head of Recruiting at Vector Marketing, Monmouth Branch. He holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do and took a course in Jiu-Jitsu from former UFC fighter, Ricardo Almeida through his membership in the American Legion: Jersey Boys’ State program. He is also a member of the Johnson and Wales College Republicans.

John Michael Dodaro
Co-Founder

A seasoned Sales Representative and Manager with experience in sales, management, and training, he worked to start multiple businesses with Vector Marketing as well as two of his own; namely the creation of ORADA LLC. He has experience in sales and management at Vector Marketing, The New York Group, L’Avenue Consulting, and Special Senses LLC. He is a junior at Virginia Tech and is working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a concentration in Sales and a minor in Economics. He was a member of Virginia Tech’s Dean’s List during his freshman year as well as an active member in the volunteer community. He still works as a consultant for new Vector employees and is always working on his next project.
